To enable an applicant to be admitted to Brent International School Baguio, it is necessary that compliance with the School’s Admission requirements and regulations of the Philippine Government relative to foreign students be met.

 1.  Submit the following documents:
       
Completed application form with attached photo, plus two ID –sized photographs
        Latest report card. (Please arrange for the complete transcript of records from the previous  school to be sent directly to us.)

       
Birth certificate (or picture page of passports showing date of birth) for all applicants.
       
Character reference form (attached) accomplished by any two of the following:
        Principal or Head of School, Guidance Counselor, and Teacher

      
Health Records (Attached is Brent’s Health History Registration to be accomplished with the Medical Emergency Form).

2.   In addition, foreign students are to submit the following:
       
Photocopy of ACR for permanent resident visa holders
       
Photocopy of the picture page and visa page of the student’s passport for other visa holders
       
BI-SSP for temporary visitor visa holders

3.
  The Registrar reviews the student’s records and formal placement tests are given to applicants from Grades 1-12.  Applicants to Nursery/Kindergarten must show proof of age requirements (age 4/5 years old by December)

4.
  The student applicant is interviewed initially by the Guidance Counselor followed by the Lower School Principal (Grs. N-5 applicants), the Middle-Upper School  Principal (Grs. 6-10 applicants) and the Director for Academic Affairs (Grs. 11-12 applicants) for recommendation.

5.
  Final interview is conducted by either the Headmaster or the Deputy Head to determine admission.

6.
  Brent International School Baguio accepts students without regard to race, creed or color; but in order to meet any special religious observances or dietary and medical prohibitions, it is necessary for the school to be aware of the religious affiliation of the enrolling student.
